By making a purchase on this website, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Products
All our products are customized to order, according to the information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the personalization details (name, initials, spelling, colors, etc.) before finalizing their order.
2. Purchase process
Once the order is confirmed and paid for, it goes directly into production.
Due to the personalized nature of the products, it is not possible to make changes or cancellations once the process has started.
3. Prices and payments
All prices are expressed in local currency and include applicable taxes.
The order will be processed only after payment has been confirmed.
4. Shipping
Shipping and production times are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

SHIPPING POLICY
Production and shipping times
All our products are custom-made, so they require a production time.
• Production and shipping time:
3 to 5 business days from the confirmation of payment.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Responsibility
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery time depends exclusively on the transport company.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, weather conditions, errors in the address provided, or situations beyond our control.
Mailing address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.
In case of an error in the address, the additional costs will be borne by the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Because all our products are customized, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been confirmed and produced.
Exceptions
Clarifications will only be accepted in the following cases:
• The product received has manufacturing defects.
• The delivered product does not match the customization requested in the order.
In these cases, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing photographic evidence for our evaluation.
If clarification is necessary, the following will be offered:
• Product replacement, or
• Correction of the error, as appropriate.
No refunds will be issued in cash or to a card.
